Job Overview:
The KADIN Net Zero Hub Lead is a pivotal role within the Energy and Sustainable Business Program at WRI Indonesia. This position is designed for a professional who will support the development and refinement of the KADIN Net Zero Hub's strategy, translating strategic priorities into actionable annual work plans, targets, and budget requirements. The role requires a blend of technical leadership in corporate decarbonization, program management, and high-level relationship management. The Lead will oversee the delivery of the Hub's programs and activities, ensuring they align with WRI's technical standards and are delivered on time. This position also involves monitoring the Hub's performance against key indicators and adapting programs based on data insights. The Lead will be responsible for maintaining productive relationships with KADIN Indonesia, partner organizations, member companies, and donors, and will need to stay informed about corporate climate standards and relevant decarbonization solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring 8 days per month in the office, and emphasizes collaboration with various teams within WRI Indonesia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The KADIN Net Zero Hub Lead will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including:

• Program Strategy and Delivery (30%): Supporting the development of the Hub's strategy, translating it into annual work plans, targets, and budgets; overseeing the delivery of all Hub workstreams; monitoring performance against indicators; ensuring technical content is current with GHG Protocol and SBTi criteria.
• Corporate Engagement and Technical Assistance (35%): Leading the Corporate Assistance Program, providing technical guidance to companies on GHG inventory development, target setting, and decarbonization strategies; supporting companies in their transition from commitment to implementation.
• Partnership, Stakeholder Engagement, and Thought Leadership (20%): Acting as the focal point for engagement with KADIN Indonesia and other partners; representing the Hub in various forums; coordinating the translation of Hub experiences into public knowledge products.
• Team, Budget, and Donor Management (15%): Managing and developing the Hub delivery team; contributing to project reporting and fundraising; managing project budgets and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong educational background and relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, sustainability management, environmental science, business, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of four years of professional experience in corporate sustainability, industrial decarbonization, or climate advisory is essential, with demonstrable experience in leading projects or managing client portfolios. Candidates should have a strong command of GHG accounting under the GHG Protocol and familiarity with corporate disclosure standards. Experience in managing multi-stakeholder partnerships and the ability to communicate complex technical material clearly to diverse audiences are also required.

Educational Background:
The educational requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, sustainability management, environmental science, or business. A Master's degree is preferred, indicating a higher level of expertise and understanding of the complexities involved in corporate sustainability and decarbonization efforts.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in areas such as corporate sustainability, industrial decarbonization, or climate advisory. This experience should include leading projects or managing significant client portfolios, demonstrating a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the field of sustainability and climate action.

Languages:
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory, as the role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including executive and technical audiences. The ability to communicate complex technical material clearly and persuasively in both languages is essential for success in this position.

Additional Notes:
This is a full-time position with a fixed-term employment agreement for six months, with the possibility of extension up to August 31, 2027, depending on individual performance, project needs, and budget availability. Candidates must have existing work authorization in Indonesia at the time of application, as WRI is unable to sponsor visa work sponsorship for this position.
