The position of Consultant national pour appuyer le développement d'outils de travail involves supporting the development of work tools such as templates, models, and forms aimed at enhancing the efficiency of judges and clerks in the administrative court. Educational Background:
Candidates should possess at least a bachelor's degree in law, public administration, or a related field. A master's degree or higher qualification in a relevant discipline would be an advantage. Additional certifications or training in project management or legal drafting would also be beneficial.
Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal consulting, administrative support, or a similar role. Experience working with judicial or governmental institutions in Tunisia is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of successfully developing tools or resources that enhance operational efficiency within a legal or administrative context.
Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, as the majority of the documentation and communication will be in French. Proficiency in Arabic is also required, given the local context. Knowledge of English is considered an asset, as it may facilitate communication with international stakeholders and access to additional resources.
Additional Notes:
This position is a consultancy role with a contract duration of four months. It is expected to be a full-time engagement, requiring the consultant to dedicate sufficient time to meet the project objectives. The consultant will be working under the auspices of UNDP and will be expected to adhere to the organization's policies and procedures. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, and additional benefits may be provided as per UNDP guidelines.
