Duties and Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of the Fundraising Operations Senior Business Analyst include overseeing all automated data processing related to fundraising operations. This involves designing, implementing, and managing file imports and layouts using technologies such as BrightVine Data Loader, SAS, and BBCRM. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop innovative solutions to address business challenges, and enhance operational efficiency. They will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of special projects, software upgrades, and implementations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Additionally, the analyst will identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success, lead meetings and workshops to communicate changes, and create and maintain business process documents necessary for change management and training. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is strongly desired.
