Job Overview: The Facility Operations Manager at WWF plays a crucial role in overseeing all facilities functions within the organization. This includes managing facilities management, property management, mailroom and reception services, vendor management, space planning, facilities purchasing, construction, parking operations, and budget planning and execution. The position is essential for ensuring that the WWF headquarters operates efficiently and that occupant satisfaction is maintained. The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the WWF HQ facilities, ensuring that all functions are performed effectively and that the needs of the occupants are met. Duties and Responsibilities: The Facility Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the WWF HQ facilities, ensuring efficient operations and occupant satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing a $1.5M Property Management Agreement (PMA) and serving as the primary contact for WWF’s property manager. The manager will oversee WWF’s third-party office services team and office services contract, ensuring that all facilities requests are responded to thoroughly and in a timely manner while monitoring contractual KPIs. Financial management is also a critical aspect of the role, which includes gathering the base budget for Facilities and Buildings, reviewing and approving expense coding in the accounting system, and providing summary updates to the Financial Operations Lead. The manager will oversee workspace planning and allocation, providing expertise to WWF leadership on effective workspace management. Additionally, the role involves supporting corporate risk management, managing emergency/disaster protocols, directing purchasing and maintenance of supplies and equipment, and maintaining vendor relationships. The manager will also conduct new employee orientation sessions, supervise the maintenance of WWF asset inventory, support LEED certification renewals, and perform other duties as required.
