Job Overview:
The Agri-TVET Consortium Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the EU Agri-TVET Consortium Manager in project management and enhancing collaboration among consortium partners. This position is pivotal in fostering relationships with external partners, clusters, working groups, and other stakeholders. The Coordinator is expected to implement the consortium's portfolio according to the action plan, ensuring quality control and providing technical support to implementing partners. The role also involves contributing to the development of new program proposals, drafting reports, and representing the consortium in various forums. The Coordinator must ensure compliance with donor guidelines and contractual obligations while promoting adherence to common tools and guidelines within the consortium.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Agri-TVET Consortium Coordinator will have a range of responsibilities, including:

• Adhering to NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines.
• Implementing the EU Agri-TVET Consortium portfolio according to the established plan of action.
• Conducting quality control and providing technical support to implementing partners and contractors.
• Coordinating the implementation of the consortium work plan, ensuring alignment with proposals, strategies, and donor requirements.
• Providing technical support and capacity building to consortium partners and staff.
• Assessing and documenting ideas for technical improvements and program development options.
• Preparing and developing status reports as required by management.
• Coordinating communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the consortium.
• Ensuring proper documentation and filing of all relevant documents. 1
• Supporting the development and implementation of the consortium strategy in response to evolving needs and operational contexts. 1
• Promoting adherence to common rationale and harmonized tools and guidelines. 1
• Contributing to the development of new program proposals and drafting reports. 1
• Representing the consortium in coordination forums and attending meetings as requested. 1
• Ensuring compliance with donor guidelines and contractual obligations. 1
• Deputizing for the Head of Agri-TVET Consortium in their absence.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Agri-TVET Consortium Coordinator position should possess the following qualifications:

• A relevant university degree or higher education, preferably in social studies or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic implementation within a humanitarian or recovery context, specifically in South Sudan.
• Proven experience working in complex and volatile environments.
• Experience working with refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), or returnees.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Technical experience in multisectoral response and education programming, particularly in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
• Familiarity with cash and market-based interventions and emergency response, including preparedness and response.
• A strong background in capacity building and safe programming/protection mainstreaming.
• Knowledge of EU reporting requirements is considered a plus.
