Job Overview:
The Shelter and WASH Assistant position at NRC involves supporting the implementation of the Shelter and Infrastructure program in accordance with the action plan. The role requires ensuring adherence to NRC's policies, tools, manuals, and guidelines. The assistant will be responsible for preparing and developing reports required by the management of the Shelter and Infrastructure and/or WASH area. Additionally, the position entails maintaining proper documentation and promoting ideas to strengthen support functions. The assistant will also be expected to implement procedures and activities as delegated and to develop and maintain knowledge of the work area to enhance support effectiveness for the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Shelter and WASH Assistant include ensuring compliance with NRC's policies and guidelines, supporting the implementation of the Shelter and Infrastructure program, preparing and developing necessary reports for management, maintaining proper filing of documents, promoting ideas for enhancing support functions, and implementing procedures and activities as delegated. The assistant will also be responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of the work area to provide effective support to the team, as well as engaging in activities that contribute to the overall success of the program.

Required Qualifications:
