Job Overview:
The Client Support Analyst position is integral to the FAO Shared Services Centre, where the incumbent will provide cross-functional client support and systems user support in various administrative processing areas, including hire to retire, invoice to pay, and procedural guidance. The role involves advising both internal and external clients on processing transactions related to finance, travel, and human resources within the FAO Global Resource Management System (ORACLE). The analyst will also support users in navigating FAO corporate systems, manage access to administrative systems, and investigate complex cases to provide documented guidance. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying client issues, proposing solutions, and participating in system testing to enhance overall service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Client Support Analyst will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including: advising FAO internal and external clients on Procure to Pay, Finance, Travel, and HR transactions; providing operational support for FAO corporate systems such as the Budget Maintenance Module and Management Information System; managing user access to administrative systems; investigating and analyzing complex client cases; handling incoming service requests through a tracking system and voice line; escalating issues when necessary; identifying transaction processing problems and proposing adjustments; participating in system change testing; and performing additional duties as required to support the Shared Services Centre's objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: completion of secondary school education; at least one year of relevant work experience in client support or a related field; a working knowledge of English at a C1 level; and either being a national of Hungary or a resident with a valid work permit. Additionally, knowledge of another FAO language such as Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish, or Russian is desirable, enhancing the candidate's ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a completed secondary school education.
