Job Overview: The LogisticsCoordinator is responsible for steering the logistical activities of the mission to ensure that Solidarités International's in-country programs run smoothly. This role involves implementing mission procedures and logistical tools, ensuring adherence to these protocols, and participating in defining the mission strategy. The Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary point of reference for logistics matters, linking the mission with headquarters. The position faces challenges such as managing a large operation remotely, coordinating multiple teams, and adapting to supply chain disruptions. The first few months will focus on familiarizing with the mission, teams, and tools while supporting field teams and building their capacity.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Logistics Coordinator's duties include overseeing all logistical activities, ensuring compliance with SI's procedures, and managing the supply chain effectively. Responsibilities also encompass coordinating logistics teams across various field offices, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and team management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.

The role is full-time, and the salary is competitive, starting from EUR 2860 gross per month, along with a monthly Per Diem of USD 75
SI covers accommodation costs and travel expenses. Additionally, expatriates benefit from a comprehensive insurance package covering healthcare expenses and essential vaccinations. The organization implements a break system, allowing for time off every three months, along with an additional rest day for each month worked.
