Job Overview: The Human ResourcesAnalyst, Client Services will play a vital role in coordinating and administering the recruitment of locally recruited staff for the Regional and Country Offices. This position involves supporting the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) in delivering high-quality HR services and programs to clients in the Arab States Regional Office and Country Offices. The HR Analyst will be responsible for managing the full employment lifecycle, which includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and exit management processes. Duties and Responsibilities: The HR Analyst will be responsible for a comprehensive set of duties, including coordinating the recruitment process by evaluating job structures and recruitment projections, monitoring recruitment plans, and participating in operational meetings to understand business needs. The role involves administering all aspects of recruitment delivery, ensuring compliance with UNFPA's HR policies, and supporting recruitment drives. The HR Analyst will also coordinate onboarding processes, maintain learning materials, and act as a focal point for key HR processes.
