Experience: A minimum of fifteen years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, payroll, administration, or financial management is required. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in leading teams related to the areas of responsibility of the Service. Experience with global payroll software, HR systems, and managing commercial insurance programs is desirable. Familiarity with international labor laws and managing teams across different cultures is also beneficial.
Languages: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this position, proficiency in either English or French is required, with specific levels outlined in the UN Language Framework.
