Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement reproductive health programs in collaboration with local partners and stakeholders.

• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, ensuring alignment with UNFPA's strategic objectives.

• Engage in advocacy efforts to promote reproductive health and rights at local, national, and international levels.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management and familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to UNFPA's mission and values, particularly in promoting gender equality and reproductive health rights.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, international development, or a related field is required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred and may be advantageous for candidates seeking to stand out in the application process.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in program management, preferably in the field of reproductive health or international development. Experience working with UN agencies or international NGOs is highly valued. Demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation, as well as capacity-building, will be considered an asset.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable, as it will facilitate communication with local stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly those relevant to the region, will be considered a plus.
