Job Overview:
The PPH Associate (Account Management) position is crucial for the effective management of key partnerships, particularly the collaboration between UNHCR and UNIQLO. The role involves ensuring that the quality of private sector relationships is maintained according to a defined plan set by the organization. The incumbent will support the management and implementation of partnership-related activities, develop and deliver communication materials, and coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the partnership. This includes working closely with internal UNHCR colleagues and external partners to ensure that all activities align with the operational processes and strategies of the organization. The PPH Associate will also be responsible for providing administrative support, developing communication materials, and translating documents as necessary, thereby playing a vital role in the success and expansion of the UNHCR-UNIQLO partnership.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the PPH Associate include: 1) Supporting the management of the UNHCR-UNIQLO partnership by drafting donor reports, planning donor missions, and managing contributions; 2) Producing, managing, and ensuring the quality of communication and fundraising materials related to the partnership; 3) Supporting communication activities and fundraising campaigns, particularly those that engage the Key Account across various markets; 4) Assisting in the production of content for social media channels in both English and Japanese; 5) Supporting high-level annual meetings and events organized in Japan; 6) Collaborating with the Global PSP Key Account Manager to achieve the partnership's objectives; 7) Establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds; 8) Providing high-quality service in a professional manner; 9) Ensuring that all communication materials align with global initiatives and messaging standards; 10) Engaging in various administrative tasks to support the partnership effectively.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the PPH Associate position include: a) Secondary Education with certification in communication, social sciences, marketing, business administration, or a relevant degree; b) A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma, or 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher; c) Relevant professional experience in fundraising and communication within an international organization, preferably within the UN system or with UNHCR; d) Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a service-oriented manner under demanding conditions; e) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese; f) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other software such as Publisher and Prezi; g) Proven experience in using social media platforms for engagement; h) Knowledge of issues concerning UNHCR, including refugee and humanitarian assistance; i) Field experience with humanitarian organizations is preferred; j) Experience in managing partnerships with corporations and/or foundations is an asset.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for the PPH Associate position includes a secondary education level with certification in communication, social sciences, marketing, business administration, or a relevant degree. Experience:

Additional Notes:
This position is open for applicants residing in Japan and is initially set to last until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension based on budget availability and the performance of the incumbent. It is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
