Job Overview:
The position involves recruiting a consultant in audit and quality to assist the Administrative Tribunal and the Ministry of Justice in achieving compliance and obtaining the 'Marhba' label. The consultant will be expected to provide expert guidance and support throughout the process, ensuring that all necessary standards and regulations are met. This role is crucial for enhancing the operational efficiency and quality of services provided by the Tribunal, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of the justice system in Tunisia. Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultant will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive audit of the current practices at the Administrative Tribunal and the Ministry of Justice. This includes evaluating existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actionable strategies to enhance quality and compliance. The consultant will also be tasked with developing training materials and conducting workshops for Tribunal staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain high standards of quality. Additionally, the consultant will monitor the implementation of the recommended changes and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainability. Regular reporting on progress and challenges will be required, along with adjustments to strategies as necessary to meet the objectives of the project.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong background in audit and quality management, with proven experience in similar roles, particularly within governmental or judicial contexts. A thorough understanding of compliance standards and quality assurance processes is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also required. Familiarity with the Tunisian legal system and administrative processes will be considered an asset.
Educational Background:
A minimum of a Master's degree in Audit, Quality Management, Public Administration, Law, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in quality management systems or auditing standards will be advantageous. Continuous professional development in relevant areas is highly encouraged and may be considered during the selection process.
Experience:
Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in audit and quality management, with a focus on public sector or judicial environments. Experience working with international organizations or NGOs will be beneficial. Demonstrated success in leading similar projects and achieving compliance with quality standards is essential.
Languages:
Fluency in French and Arabic is mandatory, as these are the primary languages of communication within the Tribunal and the Ministry of Justice. Proficiency in English is considered a strong asset, as it may facilitate communication with international stakeholders and access to global best practices.
