Job Overview:
The primary mission of the position is to ensure the quality of the relationship with donors while adhering to deadlines and collaborating with headquarters and donors. The role also involves participating in fundraising activities within the country to generate funding opportunities. Specific responsibilities include advising and training field teams in the preparation of documents for donors, as well as internal reporting and monitoring documents. The position requires organizing the production and tracking of documents intended for donors and internal reporting, managing and administering grants, contributing to contextual monitoring, and supporting internal communication regarding donor relations. The role is crucial for maintaining effective communication and ensuring compliance with donor requirements, which is essential for the success of the organization's mission in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a higher education degree in humanitarian project management, development, or a related field. They should have prior experience in a similar role involving donor contract management, including proposal writing, reporting, and grant monitoring in complex humanitarian crisis contexts. A strong understanding of donor procedures and constraints is essential, along with excellent writing skills. Candidates should be recognized for their rigor, organizational skills, listening abilities, communication, collaboration, and capacity to establish multi-stakeholder relationships. The ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines is crucial for this role.

Educational Background:
A higher education degree in humanitarian project management, development, or a related field is required. This educational background should provide the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage donor contracts and reporting processes in humanitarian contexts.

Experience:
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar position, specifically in managing donor contracts, which includes proposal writing, reporting, and grant monitoring. Languages:

Additional Notes:
The position is offered on a fixed-term contract under French law for a duration of 6 months. The gross monthly salary ranges from 2130 euros to 2475 euros, depending on experience, and includes a 13th-month salary. Non-French citizens will receive a retirement insurance reimbursement of 16% of their gross monthly salary. There is a 6% increase in the base salary every 12 months of continuous contract. Monthly per diem and living expenses amount to 1105 USD net, paid on the ground, along with a monthly contextual allowance of 450 euros. An annual child allowance of 1500 euros per child is provided, with a ceiling of 6000 euros per year. Transportation and accommodation are covered, with collective housing arrangements. Medical coverage includes 100% reimbursement of health insurance contributions and repatriation insurance, as well as medical expenses up to one month after the end of the contract. Salary maintenance provisions are in place for illness, maternity, and paternity. Employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave and 20 rest and recuperation days per year, with travel expenses covered for breaks.
