Job Overview: In this role as a Recruiter, you will manage recruitment processes, particularly focusing on internal recruitments across various divisions. You will be responsible for multiple roles simultaneously, which includes job postings, resume screenings, conducting initial interviews, and managing offers. Building rapport with candidates and hiring managers is crucial, as is your ability to source and hire technical talent across diverse functional areas. A deep understanding of the internal divisions will be necessary for effective talent mapping. You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and work collaboratively with key leaders to develop and implement recruiting strategies that align with the organization’s needs.
Duties and Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include engaging with leaders and Talent Acquisition partners to understand organizational needs and hiring profiles, leading the hiring process from research and sourcing to interviews and offers. You will develop a diverse talent pool through creative sourcing techniques, conduct candidate assessments, and prepare for hiring manager meetings. Additionally, you will assist in creating job descriptions and postings, manage applicant information, and maintain updates on the applicant tracking system. Building relationships with HR partners and business leaders will also be a key part of your role.
Required Qualifications: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field. A demonstrated success in recruiting for various roles, from entry-level to senior leadership, is essential. Additional knowledge in recruiting operations, talent sourcing, and human resources is preferred, along with experience in conducting global searches in dynamic environments. Familiarity with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems is also preferred. Candidates should be adaptable and resourceful, capable of navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is preferred for this position, although relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. The educational background should ideally align with human resources, business administration, or a related field that supports the functions of talent acquisition and management.
Experience: The role requires at least 3 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a similar role. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different levels of roles from early career to senior leadership. Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments is highly valued, particularly in global recruitment contexts.
