Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Candidates are expected to possess strong writing and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft high-quality proposals and concept notes. Familiarity with gender issues and the humanitarian context in Palestine is essential. Candidates should also have experience in partnership development and resource mobilization, as well as the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international relations, gender studies, development studies, or a related discipline is required. A master's degree would be an advantage, particularly for candidates with a focus on gender equality and women's empowerment.

Experience:
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in proposal development, partnership building, or resource mobilization, preferably within the context of humanitarian or development work. Experience working with UN agencies or similar organizations is highly desirable.

Languages:
