Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing expert advice on cyberspace warfare during the development of training scenarios for NATO exercises and wargames. Key duties include drafting detailed operational plans for cyberspace actors, leading a team of experts during exercises, providing internal training to the OPFOR Branch, and maintaining a liaison network with other subject-matter experts. The role also involves attending workshops and training events to stay updated on the latest developments in cyberspace warfare. The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess higher secondary education and completed vocational training in relevant fields such as criminology, public administration, or political theory, along with at least three years of related experience. Alternatively, candidates with secondary education and advanced vocational training leading to professional accreditation must have five years of post-related experience. A valid NATO or national security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security-clearance" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security clearance is preferred, and candidates should have a solid understanding of adversarial capabilities in the cyber domain, particularly regarding Russian operations.
