Job Overview:
The Senior Management Support Associate plays a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support across various functional areas, including human resources, finance, supply chain, and office management. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing routine service delivery, coordinating with functional specialists, and providing quality assurance and guidance to junior staff. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Management Support Associate include coordinating and overseeing end-to-end recruitment logistics, managing staffing data, and serving as a focal point for HR policies. The incumbent will monitor and analyze budgets and expenditure trends, prepare financial tracking reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role involves leading procurement processes, maintaining vendor databases, and overseeing inventory and asset management activities. The Senior Management Support Associate will also support risk management by identifying and managing risks, ensuring decision-making is informed by relevant data, and performing other related duties as required. Required Qualifications:

The educational background required for this position includes a High School Diploma for candidates with four years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent for those with two years of relevant experience. No specific field of education is mandated, but relevant experience in administrative and management support functions is essential.

Experience:
Candidates for the Senior Management Support Associate position should have a minimum of four years of relevant experience in administrative and management support functions. Languages:
