Job Overview: The position of Analyst, Quality Engineer - Digital Resilience is designed for individuals who are passionate about quality engineering and digital resilience. Duties and Responsibilities: The Analyst, Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting the testing of failover, recovery, and degraded-mode scenarios to validate application resilience. Key duties include executing and documenting IT service continuity and disaster recovery exercises, recording and analyzing test outcomes from resilience and incident simulation activities, and preparing and maintaining test data and evidence for resilience testing initiatives. The role requires collaboration with developers, engineers, and product teams to enhance service resilience and recovery capabilities. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to risk and resilience discussions, support continuous improvement of resilience testing processes, and build knowledge of industry regulations and frameworks related to operational resilience. Flexibility is required to support testing activities during planned change windows, which may include occasional work outside normal business hours.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate a strong interest in Quality Engineering, Digital Resilience, Business Continuity, or Disaster Recovery. Essential qualifications include experience in executing structured test cases and documenting results with meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and experience working within sprint teams are also required. Proficiency in using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or similar QA platforms is essential.
