Job Overview:
As an Associate in Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, selecting, and recruiting top talent for junior to mid-level positions within the EBRD. This position requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand their specific business needs and to provide expert guidance on effective sourcing strategies. You will be responsible for implementing talent acquisition strategies that attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates from both internal and external sources. Your role will also involve managing the recruitment process to ensure compliance with the Bank's procedures and best practices in recruitment. You will leverage your knowledge of the employment market to drive recruitment efforts and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the main source of recruitment strategy expertise for hiring managers, advising them on best practices throughout the recruitment process. You will provide end-to-end recruitment services, which encompass identifying the most effective advertising channels to attract diverse talent, reviewing and screening candidates, and creating tailored assessment approaches based on the Bank's competency framework. Additionally, you will support hiring managers during interviews and communicate complex employment packages to both candidates and hiring managers. Building and maintaining candidate pipelines and professional relationships will be essential, as will ensuring timely and accurate data entry in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess solid experience in the full recruitment lifecycle and a strong understanding of best practices in talent acquisition. Previous experience in an international financial institution or a comparable global organization is preferred. Familiarity with candidate sourcing channels, assessment tools, and applicant tracking systems is essential. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused approach, with proven skills in consulting, advisory, and relationship management. Strong influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills, along with business acumen, are also required.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required for this position. Additional certifications in recruitment or human resources management may be advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to professional development in the field.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in roles that involve end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets and accurately assessing candidate skill sets is highly valued. Familiarity with the specific challenges and dynamics of the financial sector will be beneficial.

Languages:
Fluency in English, both written and oral, is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in a second language is considered advantageous and may enhance your candidacy, particularly if it aligns with the regions in which the EBRD operates.
