Job Overview:
The ERP Business Process Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity, quality, and reliability of ERP-enabled business processes and services. This position requires close coordination with KMIT and process owners to analyze, document, and continuously improve Finance and Operations business processes, ensuring they align with institutional frameworks and ERP project objectives. The analyst will be responsible for diagnosing, documenting, testing, and reviewing changes to the ERP and related systems before application. Additionally, the role involves building staff capacity through training and support for ERP business users, maintaining ERP system operations, and providing first-level and/or second-level support for service requests related to ERP Financials and Supply Chain business processes. The analyst will also conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization, facilitating meetings among stakeholders and documenting outcomes according to institutional frameworks and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the ERP Business Process Analyst include:

• Ensuring the continuity, quality, and reliability of ERP-enabled business processes and services in coordination with KMIT and process owners.
• Analyzing, documenting, and continuously improving Finance and Operations business processes.
• Diagnosing, documenting, testing, and reviewing changes to the ERP and related systems.
• Building staff capacity through training and support for ERP business users.
• Maintaining ERP system operations and ensuring the quality of business processes and services.
• Providing first-level and/or second-level support for service requests related to ERP Financials and Supply Chain business processes.
• Assisting in documenting current and future state business processes using business process modeling tools.
• Conducting business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Acting as an intermediary between stream leads, process owners, ERP team, and implementation partners. 1
• Facilitating meetings among stakeholders and documenting outcomes. 1
• Monitoring the impact and outcomes of implemented business processes. 1
• Maintaining current business processes in the Microsoft Lifecycle business process model and keeping documentation up to date.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the ERP Business Process Analyst position include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, or Informatics with a specialization in Business Systems (a Master's degree is preferred).
• An accounting certification is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with in-depth expertise in the discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365 or a similar ERP system.
• Specialized knowledge of and expertise in Finance & Operations (F&O) processes.
• Knowledge of key financial and logistics concepts, including IT application controls and risks.
• Demonstrated experience in handling ERP change management projects.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data and resolve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, or Informatics with a specialization in Business Systems. A Master's degree is preferred, and an accounting certification is required to qualify for this position.

Experience:
The position requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on in-depth expertise in the candidate's discipline and a broad understanding of other related disciplines. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365 or a comparable ERP system, demonstrating specialized knowledge in Finance & Operations processes.

Languages:
The mandatory languages for this position are English and Spanish, with a minimum proficiency level of B2 in both languages. Strong communication skills are essential, and the ability to facilitate discussions among stakeholders is highly valued. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not required.
