Job Overview: In this full-time, maximum term position until December 31, 2026, with a strong potential for extension, the Team Leader will be part of the Intensive Bail Response and Youth Support Services team in Mount Isa. The role involves leading a passionate team to provide wrap-around services that support families of young people who have come into contact with the youth justice system. The Team Leader will be responsible for developing effective working partnerships, advocating for young people and their families, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with service agreements, and compiling relevant data for reporting requirements.
