Job Overview: The Global Lead Private Sector Partnerships position is a temporary role focused on overseeing the Private Sector Partnerships section within NRC. This role is crucial for ensuring effective collaboration across the organization while managing systems, governance, compliance, reporting, and business processes related to private sector partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of tools and guidelines that enhance private sector engagement, providing data-driven insights for strategic planning, and serving as the subject matter expert for NRC's CRM system. This position requires a strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and driving process improvements within a global context. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Global Lead Private Sector Partnerships include:
Leading the development and continuous improvement of systems, tools, guidelines, and procedures for private sector partnerships across NRC.
Providing data-driven insights and performance analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning related to private sector functions.
Acting as the focal point and subject matter expert for NRC’s CRM system (Cycles), including reporting, analysis, and user support.
Ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements, GDPR, and NRC policies for private sector engagement.
Developing and delivering training and capacity-building initiatives to enhance knowledge and compliance across the organization.
Coordinating with Global Finance, grant management, country offices, and departments to monitor income, project implementation, and partnership performance.
Managing a portfolio of selected private sector partnerships and leading fundraising campaigns, events, and partner engagement activities.
Representing the Private Sector Partnerships section in relevant internal working groups and external stakeholder engagements.
Providing technical leadership and day-to-day support to advisors, coordinators, and interns within the section. 1

Languages: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory for this position.
