Job Overview: The position of Assistante ou Assistant en Pharmacie involves supporting the deployment of the quality management system within the organization. The candidate will contribute to quality assurance at the headquarters level, which includes monitoring the pharmaceutical license file and participating in quality reviews. Additionally, the role entails participating in the improvement of processes on the ground, particularly by optimizing local purchases. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities for this position include:
Supporting the deployment of the quality management system across the organization.
Contributing to quality assurance processes at the headquarters level, including the monitoring of the pharmaceutical license documentation.
Participating in quality reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards.
Assisting in the improvement of operational processes, particularly in relation to local procurement practices.
Engaging in the deployment and tracking of performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of pharmaceutical services.
Collaborating with team members to ensure that quality standards are met in all aspects of the organization's operations.
Analyzing and interpreting data related to pharmaceutical services to identify areas for improvement.
Preparing reports and documentation related to quality assurance activities.
Maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for this position include:
Enrollment in a pharmacy program or possession of a pharmacy degree.
Proficiency in Excel and ideally Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Excellent writing and synthesis skills for documentation purposes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of managing tasks independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in quality and health issues.
Educational Background: Candidates must have a background in pharmacy, either as a current student in a pharmacy program or as a qualified pharmacist. This educational background is essential for understanding the pharmaceutical processes and quality standards required in this role.
Experience: While specific prior experience may not be mandatory, candidates should demonstrate familiarity with pharmacy practices and quality assurance processes. Experience in a related field or internship in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting would be advantageous.

The internship is compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour, based on a 35-hour work week. The weekly working hours are set at 38.75 hours. Additionally, the organization provides meal vouchers worth 8 euros, with 60% of the cost covered by Action contre la Faim, and reimbursement of 50% of public transport costs.
