Job Overview:
The Senior Programme Management Officer will play a crucial role in the Programme, Planning and Operations Division of ECLAC. This position involves leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies aimed at fundraising for extrabudgetary resources to support technical cooperation projects and activities. The officer will be responsible for identifying potential donors, negotiating agreements, formulating project proposals, and managing the administrative processes for resource acquisition. Duties and Responsibilities:
