Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Information Knowledge Management Intern include:

Designing and implementing digital workflows using NATO-approved tools, such as LINQI and other low-code platforms.
Facilitating the adoption of digital solutions and refining processes by gathering user requirements, validating proposed solutions, and providing basic user guidance.
Collecting feedback from users to improve digital workflows and processes.
Providing general support to the IKM team, which includes exposure to knowledge management practices and SharePoint-based collaboration.
Assisting with day-to-day operational activities within the IKM Section, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
