Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The People and Culture Officer will be responsible for preparing advice and correspondence on social benefits, liaising with the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) on operational matters, providing administrative support for claims submissions, and serving as the local focal point for processing social benefits payments. The officer will also contribute to policy revisions, update informational materials, participate in global webinars, and report to the UN. The role demands professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while managing complex cases and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess excellent communication, client-service, and relationship-management skills. Educational Background:
A University Degree in law, human resource management, international relations, psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of professional experience in human resource management within an international organization or large corporation, preferably with experience in HR benefits and entitlements.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) or a local language is considered an asset.
