Job Overview: The Donor Journey & Lifecycle Specialist position at NRC is a pivotal role that combines fundraising, technology, donor experience, and data analytics. Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of the Donor Journey & Lifecycle Specialist include developing and implementing donor journeys and content products that engage regular donors across multiple languages and markets. This involves building, operationalizing, and optimizing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, conducting A/B testing, and performing performance analysis for continuous improvement. The specialist will identify key metrics to enhance business understanding and contribute to the development of new models aimed at recruiting donors, strengthening loyalty, and increasing income. They will also be tasked with creating activities that foster donor loyalty and growth, monitoring results, and developing journeys that enhance fundraising performance. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to donor growth initiatives, manage information and analytics related to marketing automation, and produce predictive models for campaigns. They will also benchmark and analyze fundraising performance to recommend improvements and innovations.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and donor journeys, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present results effectively are essential. A thorough understanding of content and performance marketing is required, as well as strong communication and marketing skills, including proficiency in email marketing best practices and a donor-centric approach. Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau, as well as knowledge of data modeling and design, is also necessary. Candidates should demonstrate documented abilities to form hypotheses based on analytical results and show a track record of improving donor lifecycle management performance. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines is crucial.
