Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The specific duties and responsibilities of the Protección position include supporting the direct implementation of protection activities in the assigned operational area, ensuring safe, inclusive, and quality responses to the participating population in line with humanitarian and protection principles. The individual will disseminate information about protection services to the participating population, facilitating access to rights, care pathways, and available resources. They will participate in identifying risks, needs, and protection gaps in prioritized locations through direct observation and information collection in the field, promptly reporting findings to supervision. The role also involves supporting and executing case management actions for protection, including initial assistance, guidance, and referral of individuals at risk, under the supervision's guidance and according to established standards and pathways. The individual will implement community-based protection activities, including community participation actions, strengthening community capacities, and social cohesion.
