Duties and Responsibilities: The consultant will be responsible for several key phases: 1) Inception and Situational Analysis, which includes conducting meetings with stakeholders, reviewing relevant documents, and analyzing immunization program data; 2) Multi-Year Programme Planning and Costing, which involves leading consultations, developing a comprehensive immunization plan, and integrating equity considerations; 3) Application Drafting and Results Framework Development, where the consultant will draft the GAVI application, develop a results framework, and ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated; 4) Finalization, Validation, and Submission, which includes facilitating a national validation workshop, preparing submission documentation, and conducting a formal handover of all materials. Key deliverables include reports on situational analysis, multi-year plans, costing frameworks, and the final GAVI application.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a strong background in public health, particularly in immunization programs. They should have experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and application writing for international health funding.
