The consultant will also be expected to record all activities for program monitoring and reporting purposes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess an advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Economics or a related field. Alternatively, a first-level university degree combined with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted. A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in macroeconomic policy, economic research and analysis, and the application of economic principles in development programs is required. Additionally, substantial experience with Bretton Woods Institutions or Development Finance Institutions is necessary, along with strong economic analytical skills and econometric modeling/programming skills.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes an advanced university degree in Economics or a related field. Candidates with a first-level university degree may be considered if they have additional qualifying experience. This educational foundation is essential for understanding complex economic issues and contributing effectively to the High-level Working Group's objectives.
