Job Overview:
The Project Field Coordinator will play a crucial role in the implementation of the project 'Rebuilding Agricultural Livelihoods affected by Multiple Cyclones in Cagayan Province.' This position involves providing technical and coordination support for field activities aimed at achieving the project's objectives. The coordinator will supervise cash-based and capacity-building initiatives, conduct field visits to monitor project activities, and ensure alignment with community contexts. The role requires collaboration with local government units, community leaders, and partner organizations to enhance project implementation at the community level. The coordinator will also assist in preparing training materials and maintaining a database of project beneficiaries and outcomes, contributing to effective project reporting and knowledge management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Project Field Coordinator include supervising the implementation of cash-based and capacity-building initiatives, conducting regular onsite field visits to monitor Grants Support activities, providing technical and coordination support for disaster risk reduction and enterprise capacity-building activities, and ensuring that activity proposals align with community contexts. The coordinator will also provide guidance to government partners and stakeholders, maintain communication with local government units and community leaders, assist in preparing training materials, facilitate training sessions, and maintain a database of project beneficiaries and training participants. Additionally, the coordinator will perform other related duties as assigned to support the project's objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a university degree in Social Science, Community Development, Public Administration, Agriculture, Rural Development, or related fields. They should have at least five years of relevant field experience in emergency response and recovery operations, disaster risk reduction, and agriculture and fisheries support initiatives. A working knowledge of English at level C is required, and candidates must be nationals of the Philippines.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a university degree in relevant fields such as Social Science, Community Development, Public Administration, Agriculture, or Rural Development. Candidates must have obtained their qualifications from institutions accredited or recognized in the World Higher Education Database (WHED).

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of five years of relevant field experience, particularly in emergency response and recovery operations, disaster risk reduction, and support initiatives in agriculture and fisheries. This experience is crucial for effectively managing the challenges associated with the project and ensuring successful outcomes.

Languages:
A working knowledge of English is mandatory for this position. Additionally, excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Tagalog are required. The ability to communicate in the Ilocano dialect is considered an advantage, enhancing the coordinator's ability to engage with local communities effectively.
