Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Web Content Advisor include: A. Advisory and responsive support: Providing second-line advisory support to content contributors, responding to escalated requests, leading discussions on strategic content initiatives, reviewing and editing content for clarity and compliance, and guiding content owners through remote support. B. Proactive content review and improvement: Conducting content audits, preparing assessment briefs with actionable recommendations, engaging with content owners to discuss findings, performing edits and rewrites, and identifying opportunities for content improvement. C. Guidelines and continuous improvement: Contributing to the refinement of web standards and guidelines, supporting the creation of practical resources for content quality improvement. D. Collaboration and content coordination: Managing multiple content projects, consolidating updates for implementation, working closely with the Web team, and participating in coordination meetings.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the Web Content Advisor position include a first degree in communications, journalism, international relations, humanities, social sciences, public administration, or a related field. Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in web content writing, editing, and digital content strategy. Experience in performing web content audits and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to align content with strategy is essential.
