Job Overview: The position of Projektleder is crucial for leading a new partnership project aimed at enhancing the well-being and health of expectant parents and families with young children, particularly those from ethnic minority backgrounds. Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Projektleder will be to lead the partnership project according to the funding framework, ensuring overall accountability for the project's progress, goal achievement, and financial management. Key duties include developing interventions and methods for identifying and supporting families within the target group, establishing new interdisciplinary collaboration models between Dansk Flygtningehjælp and Mødrehjælpen, and fostering partnerships with various stakeholders. The project leader will also be responsible for ensuring the project's organizational anchoring regarding methods, approaches, and documentation. Collaboration with external evaluators for data collection, needs assessments, and impact analysis will be essential for building knowledge about the target group and the relevance of the interventions.
