This role will provide the intern with exposure to various technologies and the opportunity to work within a diverse, international team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in IT user support, technology configuration, data mining, data analytics, and automation of workflows using Office 365 tools. The internship aims to familiarize the intern with administrative and operational processes while allowing for adjustments in tasks based on the intern's skills and preferences.
Duties and Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for providing IT user support to internal clients within the regional office. Key duties include configuring technologies such as Digital Signage and IP Telephony, performing data mining and analytics, configuring operating systems and automated software installations for both Windows and Mac OS, and managing audio and videoconferencing technologies. Additionally, the intern will automate workflows using Office 365 tools like SharePoint and Power Automate. The role may also involve assisting with various administrative tasks and adapting responsibilities based on the intern's skills and interests, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience in Information and Communication Technology and administrative procedures.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet one of the following criteria: be enrolled in a postgraduate degree program (master's or higher), be in the final academic year of a first university degree program (bachelor's or equivalent), have recently graduated with a university degree and be able to start the internship within one year of graduation, or be enrolled in a postgraduate professional traineeship program that includes the internship. While any IT-related certificate is considered an asset, it is not mandatory. Working experience in information technologies, web design, programming, or graphic design is advantageous but not required. A strong desire to work in a multinational and multicultural environment is essential.
Educational Background: Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant academic program at the time of application. This includes those pursuing postgraduate degrees or those in their final year of undergraduate studies.
