Job Overview:

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to: opening and securing the warehouse for operations and inspections; maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse; reporting any facility issues to the Project Officer and Head of Sub-Office; leading the relocation of prepositioned items; assisting in the development of replenishment plans and inspection reports; conducting monthly inventory counts; unpacking and organizing stock items; ensuring routine maintenance and inspections of program assets; assisting with vehicle maintenance; participating in emergency response activities; driving IOM vehicles; and preparing incident reports in case of accidents. The role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency in all tasks.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a university degree with at least one year of relevant work experience, or a high school diploma with three years of relevant work experience.
