Job Overview:
The role of Asistente Técnico – Recursos Humanos is crucial for ensuring that the administrative and operational processes within the Human Resources department at NRC are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with the organization's values. The position involves supporting the implementation of HR policies and tools, preparing necessary reports for management, and ensuring proper documentation and filing of HR-related documents. The Asistente Técnico will also play a key role in enhancing and promoting initiatives aimed at continuous improvement within the HR functions, ensuring that all documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner. This position requires a proactive approach to support the HR team in various operational tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management, while also contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Asistente Técnico – Recursos Humanos will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: preparing all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with pre-selection, selection, and hiring processes according to NRC guidelines; supporting operational processes required for the selection of personnel; entering and updating employee information in internal platforms such as NRC People and Novasoft; managing external providers for medical examinations; issuing institutional identification cards for new employees; handling employee affiliations with social security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, ARL, and pension funds; providing HR-related information to staff; preparing labor certifications and managing employee exit processes; overseeing the induction and re-induction processes for new hires; ensuring proper documentation management in both physical and digital formats; supporting the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System; consolidating monthly payroll updates; managing sick leave and maternity/paternity leave claims; planning and executing organizational culture and wellness activities; responding to internal and external audit inquiries; and performing any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to meet the objectives of the role.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a technical, technological, or professional degree in administrative sciences, social sciences, or related fields. They should have a minimum of one year of work experience in Human Resources, particularly in operational aspects such as recruitment, social security affiliation, payroll processing, labor certifications, and knowledge of labor laws and occupational health and safety regulations. Familiarity with payroll accounting software, personnel management programs, and proficiency in MS Office is essential. Knowledge of Colombian labor laws and the Colombian Social Security System is required, along with an understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Proficiency in English is considered an asset.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a technical, technological, or professional degree in fields related to administrative sciences, social sciences, or similar areas.
