Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of youth livelihoods and economic opportunities in various contexts.

  • Collaborate with local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to promote youth employment initiatives.
  • Provide technical assistance and capacity building to partners working on youth economic empowerment.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong background in economics, social sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in youth development, economic empowerment, or livelihoods programming is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and research findings are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. A demonstrated commitment to children's rights and a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by youth in different contexts are crucial for this role. Candidates should also have experience in project management and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Educational Background:
A minimum of a master's degree in economics, social sciences, international development, or a related field is required. Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in youth development, economic empowerment, or related fields is required. Languages:
