Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of youth livelihoods and economic opportunities in various contexts.
• Develop and implement strategies and programs aimed at enhancing economic prospects for youth.
• Collaborate with local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to promote youth employment initiatives.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity building to partners working on youth economic empowerment.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs and initiatives on youth livelihoods.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on global trends and best practices related to youth economic opportunities.
• Advocate for policies that support youth employment and economic empowerment at local, national, and international levels.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders involved in youth economic development.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong background in economics, social sciences, or a related field. Proven experience in youth development, economic empowerment, or livelihoods programming is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and research findings are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. A demonstrated commitment to children's rights and a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by youth in different contexts are crucial for this role. Educational Background:
A minimum of a master's degree in economics, social sciences, international development, or a related field is required. Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in youth development, economic empowerment, or related fields is required. Languages:
