Job Overview:
The Senior Technology Delivery Leader will be responsible for driving complex, enterprise-scale IT delivery programs that support core corporate functions such as finance, risk, HR, and legal. This role requires a strong Agile-first mindset, balancing the need for speed and adaptability with the governance and financial discipline necessary in a regulated corporate environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of high-impact IT delivery across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategy and business value. They will operate at a senior stakeholder level, shaping product thinking, guiding investment decisions, and managing enterprise-level risks and budgets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in large-scale environments and enjoys navigating ambiguity while leading delivery that underpins the stability and transformation of core corporate platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Technology Delivery Leader will lead and take ownership of complex, cross-functional IT delivery programs across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with organizational technology strategies and objectives. They will manage Agile delivery processes, balancing flexibility with necessary controls to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery of IT solutions that meet business value and technical outcomes. The role involves building and managing relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders, instilling a Product mindset, and ensuring clear communication on delivery goals, progress, risks, and outcomes. The leader will mentor and coach team members on Agile delivery best practices, foster a culture of collaboration and self-organization, and implement improvements to Agile delivery practices across multiple squads. They will also ensure all aspects of delivery governance are met, manage stage gates, budgets, financial controls, and proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery risks and dependencies across multiple IT teams. Additionally, they will facilitate the preparation of business cases for IT projects, focusing on articulating scope, benefits, costs, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an expert understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with significant experience in leading complex, cross-functional technology delivery programs. In-depth knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid adaptive delivery frameworks is essential, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. The role requires experience in risk and dependency management, stakeholder management, and expectation setting, ensuring clear communication on project scope and timelines. A strong track record of managing multiple teams and driving delivery outcomes is necessary, as well as proven experience in scaling Agile practices across an organization.

Educational Background:
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a delivery, Agile, or business-related field is required. Advanced Agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM) are highly desirable, demonstrating in-depth Agile expertise.

Experience:
Candidates should have extensive experience in Agile delivery, particularly in leading complex, cross-functional programs and projects. Proven success in managing and resolving risks, dependencies, and issues at an enterprise level using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential. Experience in large-scale, cross-functional delivery and the ability to navigate complexity in enterprise environments is also required.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus, enhancing communication with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
