Job Overview: The HR Adviser (HRA) position at CERN is designed for individuals who are passionate about human resources and want to contribute to significant scientific advancements. The HR Adviser will be the primary contact for people matters within one or more client departments, assisting staff members from the beginning to the end of their contracts. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of HR practices and a willingness to transition into a generalist HRBP role if necessary.
