Candidates should have a solid understanding of gender issues and migration dynamics, particularly in the Caribbean context. Relevant coursework or experience in research methodologies will be advantageous.

Experience:
While prior experience in research or project development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The position is open to individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to the field of gender and displacement. Experience working with vulnerable communities or in humanitarian settings will be considered an asset.
