Job Overview: The position of Responsable Partenariats & Plaidoyer (RPP) is crucial for managing national and transnational partnership projects led by the France Mission of Solidarités International. The RPP will work alongside the Legal and Advocacy Referent of the Mission to animate partner networks and oversee programs aimed at developing a rights-based approach to Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation (WASH) within multi-actor consortiums. The RPP will support inter-associative initiatives in France, particularly in developing actions, advocacy efforts, and submissions at the European level to denounce situations that violate human rights related to water and sanitation. Additionally, the RPP will be responsible for producing project proposals, overseeing transnational grant management, and monitoring in collaboration with the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Country Director.
Duties and Responsibilities: The main duties and responsibilities of the RPP include:
Managing and animating national and transnational partnership projects, ensuring effective collaboration among various stakeholders.
Supporting the development of advocacy strategies and actions aimed at promoting human rights related to water and sanitation at both national and European levels.
Producing project proposals and ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations.
Monitoring and evaluating the impact of partnership projects and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Facilitating communication and coordination among partners to enhance project effectiveness and sustainability.
Representing SI in relevant forums and networks to advocate for WASH rights and policies.
Collaborating with the Legal and Advocacy Referent to ensure legal compliance and alignment with SI's mission and values.
Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the RPP position should possess the following qualifications:
Experience in a similar role is not mandatory but will be valued.
Strong technical skills in French and European law, network animation, external communication, and representation.
Proven ability to manage multi-actor, multi-country, and multi-year projects, including grant management and reporting.
Educational Background: Candidates should have a minimum educational background of BAC +5, which indicates a master's degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as Law, Political Science, Social Sciences, or Public Policy. This educational foundation is essential for understanding the complexities of legal frameworks and advocacy related to water and sanitation rights.
Experience: While prior experience in a similar position is not strictly required, it is highly valued. Candidates with experience in managing partnerships, advocacy, and project management in humanitarian or development contexts will have a competitive advantage. Familiarity with the legal aspects of water and sanitation rights is also beneficial.

The role is based in Marseille, France. The salary for this position starts at EUR 2784 gross per month, depending on experience.
