Duties and Responsibilities:
Interns will be responsible for supporting the execution of logistics operations, which includes preparing documentation for customs clearance, transport, and warehousing. They will assist in monitoring inventory management processes, ensuring accurate tracking from receipt to dispatch. Daily administrative tasks will be part of their responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the unit. Interns will also support invoice processing and liaise with service providers to expedite necessary processes. Additionally, they will maintain office files and records in accordance with established systems, ensuring that information is current and accessible to staff. Other supply chain-related tasks may be assigned as needed, providing a comprehensive learning experience in the field.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in the final academic year of a relevant university degree programme (minimum bachelor's level) or be enrolled in a relevant graduate degree programme. Alternatively, candidates who have graduated with a relevant degree must commence the internship within one year of graduation. Interns should possess computer literacy in standard MS Office products and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new environments and tasks.

Educational Background:
