Job Overview:
In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide extensive administrative and organizational support to the Global Health Office of the President, which includes the President and two Deputy Directors. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including: providing administrative support to the President and Deputy Directors, optimizing their time through effective calendar management, coordinating internal and external meetings, participating in leadership team meetings, planning and executing leadership meetings and global conferences, managing daily workflows and project progress, handling travel logistics, serving as a liaison across the foundation, and mentoring program assistants. The role also requires maintaining professionalism and discretion, managing competing priorities, and fostering division unity through effective communication and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior administrative role within a complex organization. They should demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain organizational systems, collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment, and lead and influence others. Experience in managing confidential information, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce CRM and Zoom are preferred.
