Job Overview: The Grants Manager position at NRC is a critical role that involves providing comprehensive grants management support to the Afghanistan mission. The role also involves maintaining an overview of donor requirements, rules, and regulations, as well as deadlines to ensure timely and accurate submissions. The Grants Manager will be expected to build and maintain constructive relationships with external parties, including donors and implementing partners, to facilitate effective collaboration and support for NRC's mission.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Grants Manager position should possess a strong background in donor relations and grants management, with demonstrated experience in humanitarian and development contexts. A thorough understanding of humanitarian donor guidelines and procedures is essential, as is experience in developing project proposals and reports.
