Job Overview:
The Analyst, Employee Relations & People Solutions plays a crucial role in providing operational support and project coordination within the Human Resources division of the EBRD. This position is designed to facilitate the delivery of high-quality HR advisory services across the Bank. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting decision-makers by visualizing data, analyzing trends, and applying statistical methods to derive insights using the Bank's suite of business intelligence tools. Additionally, the role involves assisting with dispute resolution procedures and working closely with senior team members to implement the Bank's HR People Plan and other relevant agendas. The Analyst will engage in various HR-related activities, including employee relations, project management, and data analysis, ensuring that the HR function operates efficiently and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Analyst will have a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: providing advice and guidance to staff and managers on HR policies and procedures, particularly in areas such as disciplinaries, grievances, voluntary severance cases, redundancy situations, performance management, and sickness management. The Analyst will support the Employee Relations (ER) team in resolving grievances and facilitating mediation. They will also assist in the successful delivery of HR Operations and Development (HROD) projects by conducting research, drafting documentation, monitoring progress, and reporting to project leads. Maintaining accurate records for sound administration of Bank personnel is essential, as is supporting staff health matters and other sensitive employee relations activities. The Analyst will coordinate information sessions for line managers and staff on HR cyclical topics, manage case referral systems, develop internal ER guides, and prepare and analyze HR metrics and KPIs. They will utilize statistical insights from employee data to inform people decisions and improve reporting relevance and impact, driving continuous improvement in data quality and analytics capabilities within the team.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate experience as an HR Adviser or in an HR Operations role, or possess comparable experience. A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered. A solid understanding of HR policies and guidelines, as well as experience solving HR-related process problems, is essential. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to prioritize and multitask effectively. Strong communication skills are necessary, including the ability to present information to various audiences. Experience in a multi-national environment with a dispersed workforce is preferred, along with resilience and the ability to operate with discretion in sensitive situations. Familiarity with data and analytics environments, analytical orientation, and data manipulation skills are also required, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication skills.

Educational Background:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for this position. However, candidates with equivalent experience in HR operations or advisory roles may also be considered. The educational background should provide a solid foundation in HR principles, policies, and practices, as well as an understanding of organizational behavior and management.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated background in HR advisory roles or HR operations, with experience in managing employee relations and supporting HR projects. Experience in a data-driven environment, particularly with data analysis and reporting, is highly desirable. Candidates should have a proven track record of solving HR-related issues and managing sensitive employee matters effectively. Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs, as well as experience in a multi-national context, will be advantageous.

Languages:
Fluency in English, both written and oral, is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus, as it may enhance communication with diverse stakeholders and contribute to the inclusive environment at EBRD.
