Job Overview: In this role, you will lead the People Global Operations team, which is responsible for modernizing and delivering HR services and solutions to the foundation's global employee community. This position integrates Talent Operations and HR Global Operations into a cohesive unit, enabling quality decision-making and measurable impact through effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
