Job Overview: This position is designed for individuals looking to embark on a career in digital management within a dynamic international organization. As an apprentice in Digitalization Management, you will be involved in IT-related tasks and participate in digitalization projects. The role encompasses both technical and commercial responsibilities, such as procurement of IT equipment and IT controlling. The apprenticeship begins in August 2026 and lasts for three years, with the possibility of shortening it to 2.5 years based on performance and qualifications. The training includes block lessons at the Bethmannschule in Frankfurt am Main, along with practical experience in various departments including IT, commercial, and human resources. There may also be opportunities for assignments at GIZ's offices in Bonn and Berlin, as well as potential placements in one of the country offices, depending on security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security and medical guidelines.

Required Qualifications: Candidates should possess a good secondary school diploma, a technical college entrance qualification, or an equivalent qualification. A strong interest in information technology and commercial topics is essential, along with good logical thinking skills and numerical understanding. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is also required to effectively communicate in the workplace and participate in training.
