Duties and Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the operation, maintenance, repair, testing, and modifications of major HVAC and sanitary systems. You will develop troubleshooting and repair solutions for HVAC and sanitary equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Monitoring the progress of HVAC and sanitary construction projects will be essential, as will ensuring quality control and budget adherence. You will also be responsible for keeping technical documentation up to date and ensuring it meets quality and CMMS standards. Additionally, you will liaise with external firms and internal stakeholders to follow up on the execution of HVAC and sanitary installations in large civil engineering projects, ensuring that all necessary safety measures are implemented on work sites.
