Job Overview: The HR Intern position at WRI India is designed for individuals with a strong interest in Human Resource Management. The intern will support recruitment-related projects and assist the HR team with various tasks aimed at improving HR operations. Duties and Responsibilities: The HR Intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: assisting in auditing HR processes to create a foundation for HR analytics, automating staff documentation, streamlining HR operations for improved effectiveness, conducting research for HR projects, organizing personal files, managing online documents, validating master data against physical documents, and preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports. The intern will also be involved in special projects as assigned, which may require additional research and collaboration with other team members. This role is crucial for ensuring that HR functions are efficient and aligned with the organization's goals.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or be currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field. Basic proficiency in Excel is required, along with a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR documents and personal information.
